WESTFIELD — At the Community Preservation Committee’s annual public hearing on April 14, it was members of the committee that asked most of the questions.
Most of the members serve on other committees, and represent those interests on the CPC. Chairman Thomas Sharp serves on the Conservation Commission, Cynthia Gaylord is president of the Historical Commission, Richard Salois represents the Planning Board with John Bowen as alternate; Chairman Michael Tirrell represents Parks and Recreation with Vincent Olinski, alternate. Daniel Kelly represents the Westfield Housing Authority, Vice Chair Joseph Muto and William Porter are at-large mayoral appointees, City Planner Jay Vinskey is administrator and Christine Fedora is secretary.
